Here’s an original gift idea! A gift set by photographer Rémy Michelin, featuring a highly original aerial encounter to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Patrouille de France.

It’s the story of an encounter thousands of feet above sea level, of a lifelong passion, of an exceptional photo shoot that few photographers experience in their career… All for the 70th anniversary of the Patrouille de France. To mark the end of 2023, Rémy Michelin, who has already taken countless shots of aircraft in the Dassault galaxy (Mirage, Rafale, etc.), celebrates the Patrouille de France, “shot” from an A400M – codenamed “Atlas”, hence the name of the gift set.

To illustrate this session, the artist has interviewed nine Alpha Jet pilots in the Patrouille de France, the display team’s technical staff and the A400M pilot – and shared his own feelings, too. The result is an original gift set that will delight the many fans of France’s most famous squadron, as well as aficionados of aerial photography.
