Fête de l’Air in Alpe d’Huez

If you’re vacationing in the Alps, don’t miss the Fête de l’Air on Saturday, August 5, 2023, in the breathtaking setting of Alpe d’Huez!

The latest Air festival in Alpe d’Huez will be welcoming tourists, hikers and aviation fans for the third time on Saturday, August 5, 2023. As with the first two events, the spectacular Henri Giraud altiport and its surrounding area will be the meeting point for spectators!

In addition to entertainment on the ground, with various stands (including one from the French Air Force), the Patrouille de France and its Alpha Jets, as well as the French Air Force aerobatic team will be in attendance, and there will be a number of vintage aircraft displays. And for those keen for their first flying experience (children and parents take note!), first flights will be on offer.

In a nutshell, starting at the 1860-meter altitude of Alpe d’Huez, this takes things to new heights for an unforgettable experience!
