As part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (EWPD), Dassault Aviation is taking part in DuoDay by forming 13 duos within its Argenteuil, Biarritz, Istres, Poitiers and Saint-Cloud sites. 13 employees are hosting 13 disabled people, students, job seekers or people from the adapted sector. This day of exchange is an opportunity to discover a profession and its environment.
The jobs at DuoDay 2022? In production: fitter, cable installer, aircraft controller, preparer. In the design office: electronic laboratory operator, structural engineer. In support functions: HR technician, buyer, financial manager. The DuoDay is an opportunity to share a different perspective on disability and on daily life.
