Dassault Aviation joins the top 100 IT companies in 2025.
With a score of 7.79/10, Dassault Aviation has climbed to 2nd place on the podium in the Aerospace & Defense category, earning the awards for “Excellent Employer”, “Attractive Employer” and “Employer of Trust” in the IT professions in its sector.
In terms of overall ranking, Dassault Aviation becomes the 3rd Top Employer in the digital sector, all business sectors included.
In terms of methodology, the 2025 survey by the independent consultancy Pro-Conso France is based on in-depth analysis of a panel of 686 companies selected from a base of 8,000 companies active on the French market. In total, the study gathered almost 210,000 ratings from IT employees of these target companies. The areas assessed included the working environment, career prospects and recognition of digital skills.
