In application of French Law No. 2022-401 dated March 21, 2022, Dassault Aviation has set up internal whistleblowing procedure allowing employees and external contractors to report any breach of the Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Code, any crime or offense, including human rights abuses failing in the scope French due diligence legislation.
This unique procedure offers a protective framework allowing the management of all internal whistleblowing reports.
The Ethics and Compliance Department, which operates independently, is responsible for receiving and processing any internal whistleblowing reports in a confidential and impartial manner.
